Gaming studio, 4ThePlayer, received authorization from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) to introduce their internet casino offerings in the Keystone State. This achievement marks a crucial expansion for the company within the US, making Pennsylvania the fourth state, after New Jersey, Michigan, and Connecticut, where they’ve obtained a gaming permit.
Collaborating with Gaming Realms, 4ThePlayer will present their collection of games, featuring well-received titles like 4 Fantastic Lobsters and 9k Yeti, to Pennsylvania players, providing them with a novel and engaging gaming encounter.
Chris Ash, Business Development Director and co-founder of 4ThePlayer, conveyed his excitement, remarking, “We’re delighted to deliver our distinct gaming experiences to players in Pennsylvania. Given the success of these games in other states, we’re eager for Pennsylvanian players to join the fun!”
Pennsylvania’s online casino sector has witnessed remarkable expansion, with internet gambling revenue reaching an impressive $184.9 million, a 40.5% increase compared to the $131.6 million generated in 2023. Revenue from online slots alone experienced a substantial rise of 35.6%, reaching $125.9 million.
4ThePlayer seeks to utilize its recently obtained authorization to cultivate a significant foothold within the swiftly expanding Pennsylvanian market.
