CobyLabs has welcomed Carl Soto Santi to its advisory group. Soto Santi previously served as the chief legal officer of the Pennsylvania Lottery.
Soto Santi joined the Pennsylvania Lottery in 2003 as vice president of legal and business matters and assistant chief legal officer. He was elevated to chief legal officer in 2014 and held that position until 2020.
The company stated Soto Santi aided in “guiding the company’s growth from a small regional gaming operator to a leading national multi-channel provider of retail and interactive gaming.”
CobyLabs, previously known as Rebric, is building a system to assist sports betting operators in obtaining licenses in the U.S. for their staff.
