Digital sports and gaming supplier Gold Matrix has commenced trading its common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market in the United States.

Gold Matrix declared earlier that it had received authorization to list on Nasdaq and commenced trading yesterday (March 17th).
The provider’s stock is now traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “GMGI”.
Brian Goodman, Chief Executive Officer of Gold Matrix, stated that the advancement of common stock to Nasdaq is “essential” for the enterprise and will support its wider global expansion plans.
Goodman stated: “We anticipate the advancement to significantly enhance the company’s visibility, expand our retail and institutional investor base, and deliver improved long-term shareholder value.”
“Moreover, we believe this advancement will further enhance our capacity to execute our corporate acquisition strategy, targeting accelerated future revenue and profit growth.”
The listing confirmation follows Gold Matrix earlier this month announcing record quarterly revenue of $8.6 million (£6.5 million/€7.8 million) for the three months ending January 31, 2022, a 345.0% year-on-year increase.
A significant portion of the revenue growth is attributed to the acquisition of UK competition brand RKings, which contributed $5.
Following the acquisition of the business in November of 2021, our overall revenue increased by five million dollars.
The transaction also generated an additional two hundred thirty-five thousand, two hundred forty-six dollars in interest.
